Virus/Adware/Spyware/Malware check inc removal is priced on each individual PC as there is no way of knowing how long the process will take or how bad the infection is. As a guide the majority of these jobs are priced between $60.00 & $200.00. We generally cap these jobs at $150.00. Please ask for further information.

Crazy Computers and its staff always take diligent care when servicing all goods. However, Crazy Computers and staff will not accept any liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of goods. Crazy Computers and staff will not be held responsible for any loss of data, and it is the responsibility of all customers to ensure backups are done prior to any servicing. All labour charges are non refundable. The customer shall bear all risk or loss or damage to the product while it is in transit and shall be responsible for any cost associated with transporting the product to and from Crazy Computers’ repair facility. The owner gives their permission to Crazy Computers to carry out such work and releases Crazy Computers from any claims and damages, loss of profits and liability of any kind.
